County's focus on teen drinking paying off

San Mateo County law enforcement agencies are making progress against teen drinking with a twice-a-week decoy sting operation targeting stores and individuals that sell alcohol to underage drinkers. From July 2007 to June 2008 the team made 154 misdemeanor arrests during 21 operations.
