Eight hospitalized, two arrested after early morning SoMa crash

Eight people were seriously injured when a minivan broadsided a sedan in San Francisco’s South of Market neighborhood early this morning, a police spokesman said.The drivers of both cars were arrested on suspicion of DUI after the crash, which was reported at 12:39 a.m. at 10th and Howard streets, police Sgt.
