A woman has stepped forward with allegations that she was sexually assaulted while anesthetized by a man who is alleged to have run an illegal dermatology clinic in the Mission district. Man arrested for possessing murdered man's ATM card ID'd

A career criminal who allegedly possessed a Mission district murder victim's ATM card will be arraigned on a theft charge in a San Francisco courtroom Thursday afternoon, prosecutors said. Roland E. Pouncy, 42, of San Francisco, has been charged with one count of receiving stolen property in connection to the mysterious killing of Richard Sprague, 47, of San Francisco.
