An armed man robbed and raped a woman near Redwood Regional Park in Oakland this morning, police said.The incident occurred in the 6800 block of Wilton Drive near Skyline Boulevard shortly before 3 a.m.Police said the suspect was armed with a handgun and is not in custody.Further information regarding the incident was not immediately available.
