A shady meeting in a Tenderloin motel resulted in an assault and robbery Wednesday, police said.
A 52-year-old man who was meeting a prostitute at the Civic Center Inn at 790 Ellis St. was robbed by a man in his 30s about 3:15 a.m., police said.
