An elderly man taking a photograph in McLaren Park got an image of hell when he was pistol-whipped and robbed of his camera, police said.The 76-year-old man was taking photos in the park near Mansell Street and Visitacion Avenue about 11:15 a.m. A gun-toting crook surprised the man, snatching his camera and attempting to steal his backpack, police said. Alleged drunken driver gets stuck in McLaren Park playground

A man went into a park playground and hung out by a pond on Saturday. Only problem? He apparently forgot that he was still in his car, police said.The allegedly drunken driver drove into a playground at McLaren Park at around 2:20 a.m., according to police at Ingleside Station.
