A man who was snapping photographs at San Francisco City Hall just before midnight Monday was pistol-whipped and robbed of his camera, police said.Two juveniles struck the 45-year-old man over the head several times at Polk and Grove streets. Witness reports indicate the shuttle bus driver may have ran a red light while traveling east on Oak Street shortly before the 6:20 a.m. crash, which killed Dr. Kevin Mack, a 52-year-old UCSF psychiatrist and associate professor, police Lt.
