A 19-year-old man who was shot in the knee at a San Francisco park Thursday is not playing ball with cops, police said. The shooting was reported just after 5 p.m. in the 600 block of Capitol Avenue, which is in the Oceanview neighborhood. A shooting in the Mission district that seriously wounded a 32-year-old man on Sunday may have been gang related, police said. The victim suffered multiple bullet wounds in the back while running for dear life from the gun-toting thug at 26th and Harrison streets.
