A bicyclist was critically injured when he was struck by a taxicab that ran a red light in San Francisco's Mission District early Sunday, a police spokesman said.

A 50-year-old San Bruno woman was seriously injured Sunday afternoon in South San Francisco when she lost control of her car and crashed into a tree, police said.
