The Peninsula Humane Society announced today that public support has enabled it to offer more than $8,000 for information related to Wednesday's discovery of a drowned cat in the Redwood Shores lagoon. The male black-and-white cat was found in the lagoon on Wednesday with a five-pound dumbbell tied around its neck.
