The Sierra Club announced Wednesday it will put forth an appeal to against plans for the massive redevelopment of Treasure Island. The environmental group, along with former San Francisco Board of Supervisors president Aaron Peskin said in a release that a publicly circulated draft of the project’s environmental impact report failed to describe the project in full detail and wasn’t sufficiently “stable” or “finite,” under the terms of the California Environmental Quality Act.
