A man who was shot at an Ingleside bus stop in broad daylight Monday suffered wounds to his hand and abdomen, police said, but is expected to survive. A walk down the usually safe streets of Russian Hill on Monday night turned into a horrifying experience for a woman who was beaten and robbed.About 10:30 p.m., police said, a 27-year-old woman was walking near Larkin and Greenwich streets when a man attempted to blind her with pepper spray. Man stabbed in stomach during attempted robbery

A man was stabbed in the stomach during an attempted robbery in the Crocker Amazon neighborhood Wednesday, police Officer Albie Esparza said. Two men in their 20s approached the 18-year-old victim on Mission Street near Ottawa Avenue around 10 p.m. and demanded he turn over his bag, Esparza said. The victim complied. Vile villains rob victim in van

San Francisco police are hunting a roving band of thugs who threw a 23-year-old man into their van and robbed him in the Ingleside area Wednesday morning, police said. The victim was walking in the area of Lobos Street and Capital Avenue around 2:30 a.m. when a blue Ford Windstar van with three men in their 20s in it pulled up next to him. 71-year-old woman robbed of pendant just one of four violent San Francisco heists Monday

A 71-year-old woman was robbed of a pendant from her necklace in Mission Terrace, one of four separate robberies by force Monday, cops said. There have been no arrests. The woman was accosted by a 25-year-old man in the 4600 block of Mission Street around 2:15 p.m., police said. The suspect grabbed the victim’s necklace, ripped the pendant off and fled.
