With the release last week of their new third album “Ritual Union,” it’s time we made note of one of our favorite electronic outfits, Gothenburg, Sweden’s textural-soundscape masters Little Dragon.
As always, it was a truly DIY affair, home-recorded at their old live/work space the Seal Colonie. “We were all about writing in our space, our bubble,” notes exotic vocalist Yukimi Nagano.
“We haven’t really recorded in any fancy studios – we’d rather be in our own junkyard.”

Arcade Fire, Muse and Phish will take the stage in Golden Gate Park this August as part of the fourth Outside Lands music festival, according to event organizers.
