A man was violently attacked and robbed of his cellphone in the Mission on Thursday, cops said. The 39-year-old victim was in the 2700 block of Mission Street around 2:30 a.m. when a thug, described by police as a man in his 30s, attacked, punching and kicking the victim until he fell to the ground, police said.
