A man was injured early this morning when he was struck by a car while walking in San Francisco’s Crocker-Amazon neighborhood, a fire official sa and Ottawa Avenue, San Francisco fire spokeswoman Mindy Talmadge said.The 32-year-old man was transported to San Francisco General Hospital.
