An anonymous tipster is set to receive a $250,000 reward for his help in solving a seven-year-old homicide.
The killing happened April 4, 2006, when Willie Allen, aka Johnny Allen, pictured, was exiting a Fillmore Street store and was attacked by a man with a knife. He died that night.
