San Mateo cops are hunting a creep who exposed himself to a woman and her 2-year-old niece in a PetSmart parking lot on Monday.
The creep followed the 28-year-old local woman as she was pushing her niece in a stroller in the parking lot just west of the 3500 block of South El Camino, police said.
He parked his car near the victim, stepped out of the vehicle, unzipped his pants and exposed himself, the woman told cops. She quickly left the area, police said.
