Richard Hubbard, The San Francisco Examiner’s controller, who managed financial policies and development for the paper for a half-decade, died Monday. He was 63.
“Rick was one of the most dedicated and hard-working managers I’ve had the pleasure of working with. He was a friend and a partner to the entire management team, and he will be missed on many levels,” Examiner Publisher John Wilcox said.
