The San Francisco Examiner has expanded its daily circulation beyond San Francisco, San Mateo and Santa Clara counties and is now also available in Alameda County. In the coming weeks, circulation also will be expanded to points in Marin County.The S.F. Examiner had added 50 distribution locations in the city of Alameda, Circulation Director Mike Higgins said.
