The 36-year-old victim was walking near the intersection of 7th and Stevenson streets around 11:15 p.m. when he got into an argument with the woman, police said. A 28-year-old thug entered a bar in the 400 block of Clement Street and started a fight with a 31-year-old man around 9 p.m., police said. A 30-year-old male friend of the victim jumped in to help. A man beat and threatened a woman with a handgun before cutting her hands and face in the Laurel Heights area Thursday, cops said. The 46-year-old man and 23-year-old woman were apparently using drugs together in 2500 block of Sutter Street around 4 a.m., police said.
