The passenger of a car assaulted a jogger who complained the vehicle’s driver had cut him off at a city crosswalk Monday, police said.
The runner was in the crosswalk at Page and Laguna streets around 8:15 a.m. when he was cut off, police said, citing “many witnesses.”

The victim told cops he was robbed by the homeless man early Saturday morning in the Cedar Street alley near Larkin Street, police said.
The man who claimed the alley was his blocked the victim’s path, took money out of his pockets and said, “This is my alley and if you stay here you’re gonna get taxed,” police said.
