Two men stabbed in front of SoMa nightclub

Two men were stabbed in front of a nightclub in San Francisco's South of Market district early Sunday morning, officials said. Shortly after 12:30 a.m., all units at the San Francisco Police Department's Southern Station responded to Temple nightclub, at 540 Howard St., on report of an altercation, San Francisco police Officer Frost said. Tipsy tyrant gets jail time for kicking cop

A man police say is one of The City’s most violent village drunks will be let out of jail next month. Arturo Pleitez, 50, is serving a 75-day sentence for kicking a cop during a drunken rampage in front of the Attic bar in the Mission district on Dec. 6. Life-threatening injuries in Mission Dolores shooting

A 20-year-old man suffered life-threatening injuries in a shooting in San Francisco's Mission Dolores neighborhood on Friday night, a police spokesman said today. The shooting was reported at 10:58 p.m. Friday at the intersection of 20th and Dolores streets, San Francisco police Lt. Troy Dangerfield said. The victim was standing on a corner of the intersection when a suspect approached and shot him multiple times before fleeing on foot, Dangerfield said. Read More

Woman’s car riddled with gunfire in Bayview drive-by

San Francisco police are investigating a frightening drive-by shooting in the Bayview-Hunters Point neighborhood Thursday evening that left a 22-year-old woman’s car riddled with bullets.Police spokesman Lt. Troy Dangerfield said the woman, a city resident, was driving north on Ingalls Street near George Court at about 6:50 p.m. when someone inside a gold sedan driving in the opposite direction opened fire.
