A tourist saw a side of San Francisco he would rather have skipped on Saturday.The visitor was robbed of cash at gunpoint at Grant Avenue and Pine Street around 4:42 a.m., police said.The tourist also saw The City’s police in action. The man accused of killing a Sacramento woman and torching her body and car in San Francisco's Lower Haight neighborhood early Monday is being charged with murder and arson, the San Francisco District Attorney's Office said Wednesday.

The members voted this month between Jan. 10-21. Come Saturday, however, the results were not known.
