Police are investigating two separate stabbings in the Mission district early Thursday.
At 2:19 a.m., officers were called to a fight in the street in the 2100 block of Mission Street, between 17th and 18th streets, where they found a 32-year-old man with stab wounds, police said.
The victim was transported to a hospital with injuries that are not life threatening, police said.

Four male victims were recovering Monday after being stabbed in a fight at an after-prom party at a Marriott hotel in San Mateo early Sunday morning, a police lieutenant said.
The stabbings were reported at about 2 a.m. at the hotel at 1770 S. Amphlett Blvd., San Mateo police Lt. Mike Brunicardi said.
Two of the stabbing victims, ages 19 and 20, are believed to be active gang members, and the other two victims, ages 17 and 20, recently dropped out of a gang, Brunicardi said.
