Two gunpoint robberies that happened within 20 minutes of each other in the Castro and Noe Valley areas Sunday, police said. The first heist occurred at Caselli Avenue and Douglas Street around 1:40 a.m. A 43-year-old man was held up at gunpoint by a man in his 20s, police said. A thug had a stun gun and knife while robbing a 21-year-old woman of her purse and shoes in Portola on Saturday, police said. A bar fight degenerated into a scissors stabbing in the Richmond district Friday, police said. A 28-year-old thug entered a bar in the 400 block of Clement Street and started a fight with a 31-year-old man around 9 p.m., police said. A 30-year-old male friend of the victim jumped in to help. Two men in their 20s leaving a nightclub in the Union Square area were jumped by four thugs Friday, cops said. The victims were punched and knocked on the ground at Campton Place and Stockton Street around 2:20 a.m., police said. An accused pyro with an apparent ax to grind against city garbage cans was busted by cops Thursday morning, police said. A cop said he saw the 18-year-old man standing next to a city garbage can that had been set ablaze in the 1200 block of Mission Street around 4 a.m. When the suspect saw the officer, he tried to make a run for it but was captured and arrested, police said.
