A Tenderloin man was beaten with exercise weights and a kitchen table leg,  and also bitten and strangled, after asking a 27-year-old woman who was high on meth and booze to leave his apartment Thursday, police said. A man was stabbed in the ear with an unloaded syringe and his beer was stolen during a vicious brawl with another man in the Tenderloin Monday, police said. Police responded to Eddy and Jones streets at about 1 p.m. and found a 43-year-old man bleeding, with a puncture wound to his ear.
