The Giants' Fan Fest will take place this Saturday at AT&T Park and Pier 48.

With the 49ers’ season now in the books, San Francisco’s focus turns back to happier memories than the bitter Super Bowl loss.

The Giants now welcome Bay Area sports fans to revisit the team’s victory in last year’s World Series with their annual FanFest at AT&T Park and Pier 48, just across McCovey Cove, on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Fans will have the chance to have their photo taken with the World Series trophy, National League championship trophy, World Baseball Classic trophy and the America’s Cup trophy. AT&T Park will play host to the WBC final next month, while the America’s Cup finals are set to take place on San Francisco Bay in September.

For many fans, however, the highlight of the day will be the opportunity to meet more than 30 Giants players and coaches, including manager Bruce Bochy, National League MVP Buster Posey and World Series MVP Pablo Sandoval.

The players will be available for autographs and Q&A panels, though the team advised the lines are expected to be long. Select Giants will participate in formal interviews on the field, with fans invited to watch from the seats behind home plate.

Young fans will also have the chance to play in the Kids Zone, and fans of all ages can walk on the field and give themselves a self-guided tour of the clubhouse and the press box.

This will be fans’ last chance to see the Giants before they depart to spring training next week.
