A skateboarder suffered life-threatening injuries in a collision with a vehicle Monday evening in San Francisco’s Richmond District.

The 33-year-old woman was riding north on Seventh Avenue around 7 p.m. when she allegedly ran a stop sign and collided with the driver’s-side front end of a vehicle in the intersection at Balboa Street, according to police.

The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene, police said. No arrest had been reported as of Tuesday morning.

The crash occurred just two blocks away from where another woman, 78-year-old San Francisco resident Pui Yee, was struck and killed in the Richmond District on Thursday in the area of Geary Boulevard and Seventh Avenue.

No arrest was reported in that case, according to police.
