SF man gets six years in prison for methamphetamine trafficking

A San Francisco resident was convicted Wednesday of possessing with intent to distribute methamphetamine and using, carrying, or possessing a firearm during and in relation to a drug trafficking crime.

David Perez Hernandez, 20, was sentenced to six years in prison on Wednesday,  announced United States Attorney Brian J. Stretch and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Special Agent in Charge John F. Bennett. Upon release he’ll be on probation for three years.

Hernandez plead guilty on September 15, 2016 to possessing 6.8 kilograms of a mixture and substance containing methamphetamine, as well as posessing a firearm.
