SF homicide victim was shot in van he had been living in

A man shot and killed in San Francisco’s Bayview District early Monday morning was killed inside the bus he had been living in, police said Wednesday.

Roy Perritt, a 48-year-old San Francisco resident, was found in his bus in the 2600 block of Jennings Street near Carroll Avenue around 2:15 a.m. after officers received a report of a shooting.

He was taken with multiple gunshot wounds to San Francisco General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
