Mischa Barton says someone she dated has betrayed her and is shopping around what she calls “revenge porn.”

The actress and her lawyer Lisa Bloom have warned the suspect that the law will come down on him hard, according to TMZ.

On Wednesday, “The O.C.” alum, 31, told reporters at a news conference, “This is a painful situation and my absolute fear was realized when I learned that someone I thought I loved and trusted was filming my most intimate and private moments without my consent, with hidden cameras,” Barton said. “And then I learned something even worse — that someone is trying to sell these videos and make them public.”

Bloom said that the alleged tape was filmed between 2016 and 2017, and didn’t respond to queries about whether the person in question is a celebrity.

However, TMZ also reported that Barton on Tuesday got two restraining orders against former boyfriends Jon Zacharias and Adam Shaw and filed a police report related to stories circulating that someone was trying to sell a sex tape featuring the actress for $500,000.

In the court documents, Barton said she started dating Zacharias in October, and that he took videos of “us having intimate relations, photos of me naked in the shower, and other videos and photos of me unclothed.”

In related developments, Amanda Seyfried and Emma Watson are threatening and taking legal action against people who are peddling intimate pictures of them.
