Scoop: Rumer Willis tells photographer not to alter her jaw

Rumer Willis, daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis, has some well-spoken words for a photographer who made her prominent jaw appear smaller in an editorial shoot she did with her sisters Scout and Tallulah.

“Any friends of fans of mine who posted this, I would appreciate if you took it down,” Willis, 27, posted on Instagram on Tuesday, along with the image. “The photographer Photoshopped my face to make my jaw smaller and I find it really offensive for anyone to try and change the way you look so drastically.”

According to E Online, Mark Williams and Sara Hirakawa digitally altered the photo they took for a recent Vanity Fair shoot.

The actress says she is confident in her appearance, and is offended by the alteration of her image, People magazine reports.

“I love the way I look and I won’t support anyone who would feel a need to change the way I look to make me beautiful,” she said. “Whether or not they realize it, it is a form of bullying, which I won’t stand for.”

A few years ago, Willis has had a public beef with Radar Online when the site said she had lip injections and a chin shave procedure. The U.K. Daily Mail reports that she denied having plastic surgery, telling “Entertainment Tonight” it wasn’t true.

The Tony Awards are being nicknamed the “Hamil-Tonys” in recognition that “Hamilton” is the show to beat.

On Tuesday, Lin-Manuel Miranda’s hip-hop-flavored biography about the first U.S. treasury secretary earned 16 Tony Award nominations, breaking the 15-nominations record held by “The Producers” and “Billy Elliot the Musical.”

“Hamilton,” which earned nods in all 13 categories it was eligible, very well could break the record for the musical with the most Tonys: “The Producers,” which won 12.

The awards will be handed out June 12, with James Corden (a Tony winner for his riotous performance in “One Man, Two Guvnors”) hosting.

On the local front, Alex Brightman, a Children’s Musical Theater San Jose alumnus, got a nod for best actor in a musical for “School of Rock-The Musical,” for his performance of the character Jack Black created in the movie. Alex, who credits CMJ director Kevin Hauge for helping him fulfill his dreams, may need some luck, however. He’s up against two “Hamilton” actors: Miranda and Leslie Odom Jr.

Brooke McDonnell and Helen Russell, co-founder of Equator Coffees & Teas (headquartered in San Rafael) have won the top 2016 Small Business Person(s) of the Year honor presented by the U.S. Small Business Administration; the fair-trade roasters also happen to be the first LGBT-owned business to earn the award.
