The windy weather gusting through the Bay Area is expected to blow over by this weekend, leaving behind dry air and sunny skies.
Temperatures will be mild Friday through the weekend, with clear, cool nights, according to National Weather Service forecaster Duane Dykema.
People out and about Friday will feel a light breeze, especially in the hills.
Kite flyers will have to take a break this weekend, as winds are expected to dwindle by Saturday. Days will be mostly clear, sunny and dry, with temperatures in the upper 50s to 60s.
Nights will be relatively warm in most parts of the Bay Area, except in the valleys, where nighttime temperatures will cool down to the 30s.
