Warriors set to kick off season against Lakers

The Warriors are scheduled to open their season Nov. 2 in a nationally televised game against the Los Angeles Lakers at Oracle Arena.

The NBA released its schedule Tuesday and the Warriors are slated to have 10 national TV appearances, the most since the 2007-08 campaign. Six of those games will be on ESPN, including the season finale against the L.A. Clippers on April 18, while four will air on TNT, including an April 12 showdown against the NBA champion Dallas Mavericks.
The Warriors will host LeBron James and the Miami Heat on Jan. 10.

All 41 of the Warriors’ home games will tip off at 7:30 p.m.

Golden State is scheduled to play on back-to-back nights 18 times during the season.
