I go for the fantastic salsa bands, spacious dance floor and plenty of seating for when I need to rest. Even if you go without a partner, you will get asked to dance quickly. Everyone I’ve met there is nice and really into dancing.

I love the high-caliber yet unpretentious and down-to-earth instructors here. They welcome all ages and experience levels, and I take classes with people from 20 years old to 60-plus, all of whom feel right at home.

FAVORITE WORKDAY COFFEE SHOP

The Little Spot Café

WHERE:

The owners are as sweet and hard-working as they come. It’s run by a lovely young couple who make me laugh all the time. Their iced coffee comes with ice cubes made from coffee, so when they melt the coffee isn’t watered down — genius!
