Shooter sought after man strafed by gunfire

A man was shot in his buttocks and stomach, and a bullet grazed his face, on West Point Road in the Hunters Point neighborhood early Sunday, police said.

A bystander took the 37-year-old victim to a hospital, but his injuries were not considered life-threatening.

There are no suspects in the shooting at this time, police said.
