Ryan: "I’m not really leaving my options open" on prez run

With conservatives unsatisfied with the current Republican field, a growing number has been trying to convince Rep. Paul Ryan, R-Wis., to seek the presidency. But he's reiterated to CBN's David Brody that he simply isn't interested in doing so:

“I’m not really leaving my options open. I’m not trying to give you loose talk. If you’re running for president you’ve got to be running for president. You’ve got to be lining it all up. You’ve got to be going to Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina. I’m not doing any of those things. I am fighting to clean up this budget mess in Washington. We’re in the middle of a budget fight and I really think that I can do more for my constituency and country right where I am.”

I have no doubt he's sincere about this, and at the end of the day, I really don't think he is going to run. But given all that, is it theoretically possible that he could be talked into running? For more thoughts on that, read Michael Barone.
