Now that Britney Spears is getting help, does Kevin Federline want her back?
As Scoop! reported Monday, the FedEx visited his estranged wife over the weekend at Promises, the Malibu rehab facility where she’s in a treatment program.
Now, the U.K.’s News of the World claims that during his visit, Kevin told Britney, "I’ll stand by you if you clean up your act. I just want you to get well."
A pal of K-Fed reportedly told the paper, "Just a few days ago, there was no love lost between the two of them, but it’s taken Britney’s breakdown to make Kevin realize that he still loves her. He’s finally treating her with a bit of care for once. … And he admitted he’s been having second thoughts about the split and thinks there may be hope of a reunion after she gets better."
Adds the source, "Britney told him that she just wants to take things one day at a time at the moment, but she was deeply comforted by his words."
Never thought we’d say this, but we kind of hope the report is true. Britney needs all the support she can get right now.

Meanwhile, Britney’s other ex, first husband Jason Alexander, is using her treatment as yet another opportunity to milk his 15 minutes of fame.
The press hound, who was wed to the pop star for a whirlwind 55 hours in 2004, blabbed to Britain’s Sunday Mirror about her alleged drug use.
"She definitely had a problem with drugs when we were together — and that was three years ago," Jason declares.
"We used to take Ecstasy at night to party and cocaine during the day to stay awake," he claims. "Then we would take downers like Valium and Vicodin to come down and rest. ... I couldn’t keep up with her."
Well, if there’s any truth to his claims, it sounds like someone else could use a stay at Promises.

Paris Hilton’s lavish 26th birthday party Saturday at L.A. restaurant Prime Grill was reportedly ruined by her pal Brandon Davis. According to the New York Daily News, the hard-partying heir reduced Paris to tears with his boorish behavior, and prompted stars such as Paula Abdul and Courtney Love to bolt the bash early.
Apparently determined to prove the adage that money can’t buy class, Brandon allegedly shouted unprintable remarks at Paula and mocked her Middle Eastern heritage by jabbering unintelligibly in an Arabic accent. The singer, who had been set to serenade Paris with "Happy Birthday," instead fled.
The heavily perspiring scenester also made a crude pass at Courtney — while her child looked on.
A source recalled, "He lifted her up so that she was straddling his waist. … He was humping Courtney in front of her daughter, Frances Bean. When he put her down, Courtney grabbed Frances and they marched out of the restaurant through the kitchen."
Brandon’s boorish behavior turned the dinner into a nightmare. "He was knocking over glasses and candles on the table," another source told the paper. "Paris was crying to her mother, ‘This is not my fault!’"

Anna's body on hold
Will the body of Anna Nicole Smith finally be laid to rest in peace? A Florida appeals court issued a stay Monday in the dispute over the body, ruling that the remains cannot be moved to the Bahamas until a challenge from the starlet’s estranged mother is heard.
That action followed an earlier move by colorful Judge Larry Seidlin, who rejected an appeal from Anna’s mom, Vergie Arthur, to block the release of the remains from the coroner’s office.
Arthur wants to bury her daughter in her native Texas. The court gave attorneys in the case until 2 p.m. today to respond to the challenge.
Watch Judge Seidlin's original decision on where Anna Nicole should be buried, in which he breaks down and sobs during his statement:
