Teresa Giudice of “Real Housewives of New Jersey” has put out cookbooks despite not knowing how to pronounce “ingredients,” so it makes sense that she might now be getting into the workout and weight-loss market.

Giudice shared her top 10 “tips” with Celebuzz, which include startling revelations such as “watch your portions,” work out for 30 minutes a day, and don’t “drink by yourself.” Illuminating.

Here’s an idea: If she really wants to be on the best-seller list, she should write, “The Guidette’s Guide To Passive Aggression.”
