Oakdale Caltrain, Jerrold Street Bridge among topics at transportation meeting

The proposed Oakdale Caltrain Station, a rebuild project on the Jerrold Street Bridge, and other major infrastructure undertakings planned for The City’s southeastern neighborhoods will be discussed on Wednesday at a community meeting.

The San Francisco County Transportation Authority, a local planning and financing body, will host the get-together, along with representatives from Caltrain and the San Francisco Department of Public Works.

Along with discussing the possibility of a future Caltrain Station in the neighborhood, the meeting will also focus on the efforts to rebuild the Quint Street Bridge, and establish a connecting road between Quint and Jerrold Streets.

The meeting will take place at the Southeast Community Facility on 1800 Oakdale Avenue from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
