An elderly man with Alzheimer's disease who went missing in San Francisco Sunday morning has been found, San Francisco police spokesman Officer Samson Chan said Tuesday.
Tan Nguyen, 79, disappeared Sunday morning from the area of Golden Gate Avenue and Jones Street. Nguyen speaks limited English and wasn't carrying any money or identification.
Chan said a passerby spotted Nguyen walking on Gough Street at about 11:30 p.m. and called police. Nguyen was taken to a hospital and was found to be in good condition.
