Maps show new dog leash rules for Golden Gate National Recreation Area 

As The San Francisco Examiner reported Thursday, the federal government is proposing drastic reductions of where people can have their dogs to go off leash in the Golden Gate National Recreation Area.

Below are PDFs of the maps. The first page of the file is what the dog areas are now. The second page is the preferred alternative for the changes proposed by the federal government.
