Man walks into San Francisco General after being stabbed in the head

A Tylenol just won’t do for a 32-year-old man who walked into San Francisco General Hospital on Monday morning and said a friend stabbed him in the head, police said.

The incident was reported around 7:10 a.m. The victim told responding police that his pal, a 38-year-old man, attacked him with a knife in the 900 block of Ellsworth Drive, the housing projects in southern Bernal Heights.

A motive for the stabbing was not immediately known, and there has been no arrest, police said Tuesday.

The victim was listed in serious condition, police said.
