Man unaware he was stabbed during argument

A 24-year-old man was stabbed during an argument Sunday, cops said.

The spat occurred in the 300 block of Fourth Street between 1:30 and 2 a.m., police said.

The suspect, a man in his late 30s, pushed the victim away during the course of the argument and fled, cops said. The victim didn’t realize he’d been stabbed until after the suspect was gone, police said.

He was treated at the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. No arrest has been made, police said.
