  • Hard-boiled starlet Lindsay Lohan is suing the maker of "Grand Theft Auto V" for making a vapid actress character just a little too much like her.

Lacey Jonas is a vapid starlet and fashion victim who clashes with paparazzi and sucks french fries for the flavor before spitting them into a bucket.

Sound familiar? It did to Linsday Lohan. The Associated Press reports that the actress filed a lawsuit against video game company Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. and subsidiary Rockstar Games on Wednesday alleging that the "Grand Theft Auto V" character is an "unequivocal" reference to her.

Lohan's lawsuit claims Jonas' look "incorporate[s] her likeness, clothing, outfits, clothing line products, ensemble in the form of hats, hair style, sunglasses, jean shorts worn by [Lohan] ... before the release of the GTA V video game," according to the New York Post. The lawsuit was filed in Manhattan, N.Y.

The game's version of Tinseltown also features a vice-riddled hotel called Gentry Manor, which Lohan's lawsuit claims is a thinly veiled reference to the vice-riddled Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood, which famously banned the actress in 2012 for failing to pay a $46,350.04 bill, according to TMZ.

The suit seeks financial compensation for Lohan, which is fitting since the "Canyons" star made the filing on her 28th birthday. "Grand Theft Auto V" generated more than $800 million in sales in the first 24 hours after its release in September.

Jay Z infidelity rumors heat up

Has Beyoncé publicly called out husband Jay Z for his wandering ways?

The U.K.'s Daily Mail says the diva significantly tweaked her song "Resentment" at the couple's concert in Ohio over the weekend.

Among other things, "Been ridin' with you for six years" was reportedly changed to "been ridin' with you for 12 years" in the anthem lambasting an unspecified cheater.

In a remarkable coincidence, Beyoncé and Jay Z have been together for 12 years. Who is the alleged other woman? It's rumored to be '90s R&B star Mya. Yikes.
