An observer tells Life&Style magazine that Jessica Simpson’s current eating habits leave only one conclusion to be drawn: The rumors are true.
“I definitely think she’s pregnant,” asserted a fan who saw the singer and former reality star lunching with fiance Eric Johnson.
Jess’ curves have given rise to recent speculation that she’s hiding a baby bump — but the source says the proof is in the pizza, plus the chicken-fried steak and the giant cookie she consumed.
“She ordered a ton of food. She has to be pregnant,” declared the eyewitness.
“She didn’t have any alcohol to drink, either,” noted the gawker. “There looked to be a cocktail on the table, but I didn’t see her drink it. She was sipping a Perrier and nibbling off her fiance’s plate — the cocktail was obviously Eric’s.”
Other tabloid buzz has it that Jessica is putting off her wedding to the football player. Hmm … could the two stories possibly be related?
Kristin Cavallari is fuming over rumors that she might have something to do with her “Dancing With the Stars” partner Mark Ballas’ recent split from “American Idol” also-ran Pia Toscano. The reality star, herself recently split from former fiance Jay Cutler, denied on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show that there is anything romantic going on between her and Mark.
The former “Hills” star complained, “I think that is so unfair that people drag me into this.”
“Why should I be dragged into Mark’s drama? I have nothing to do with it, honestly,” Kristin complained. “No offense, Mark’s a great guy, but I mean, he’s like a brother to me. I would just never go there.”
Despite a Star magazine allegation that Kristin and Mark were spotted getting close while dining in L.A. in September, she’s said to be working on a reconciliation with her football-playing ex Jay, quarterback of the Chicago Bears.
Still … somehow, a man who knows how to tango sounds like more fun than a man familiar with tackling.
Kate Winslet says that she is “really fine” with ex-husband Sam Mendes now, but while she was going through her divorce, it took her time to be able to open up about her feelings.
The Oscar-winning actress told Bazaar magazine that a pal had to assure her, “It’s OK, you can cry about this, and maybe you should.”
The “Titanic” star, a mom of two children from two marriages, says she won’t allow her kids to be affected “because my marriages haven’t worked out.”
She adds, “I so wish that that wasn’t the case, that that hadn’t happened in my life, but it has. So I will make the best of it.”
Kate is now reportedly dating billionaire Richard Branson’s nephew, a dude named — get this — Sam Rocknroll (born Smith). So, yeah, it sounds like she’s doing a pretty good job making the best of things.
