Mike Caudill is the spokesman for the International Motorcycle Show, the largest power-sports event in the country, which concludes the first stop on its 12-city tour today at the San Mateo County Event Center.

What’s this show all about? We really work to make it an enthusiasts’ show. So if you’re a motorcycle rider, this is the place you come every single year because you want to see the latest and greatest in motorcycle technology. What’s unique about this year’s show is that we’ve got more than 20 different motorcycle makers.

Do you have a passion for motorcycles? I’m a huge motorcycle enthusiast. I have a Kawasaki Versys — the European sport-touring bike. I ride that thing as much as I possibly can, especially here in Southern California. The weather here is fantastic and you can ride year-round.

Can you talk about some of the features? We have a few new features and the stunt Smage Brothers will be one of them. But we also have the new Dream Pavilion — it’s one of those fantasy areas where people can see some of the coolest bikes on planet. Another that’s going to go viral is this Kawasaki Design a Bike.
