Hooligans tie up merchant, rob business in Lower Haight

A business at Haight and Webster streets was robbed Wednesday night, police said.

Six black men, between the ages of 18 and 24, entered the business around 6:15 p.m. and were told by the 28-year-old merchant they were closed, cops said.
