Three men were fleeced of more than their fare when they were robbed by a gypsy cab driver in the Oceanview neighborhood Sunday, police said.

The three victims, who were described as men in their 20s, were waiting for a cab in the 100 block of Randolph Street at about 12:50 a.m. when a man in a white van drove up and asked if they needed a ride.

The victims said "yes" and climbed in the car.

The driver, described as a man in his 30s, drove them away from the area before stopping and pointing a handgun at the three victims, police said. The driver demanded the victims leave their property in the van and then ordered them out before fleeing.

The victims lost a cellphone, their wallets, a back pack and some credit cards, police said.

No arrest has been made.
