Gun-toting bandit robs store of cash

A store in the 1500 block of Sloat Boulevard was robbed at gunpoint Thursday, police said.

Two men, one 36 and the other 23, were working at the store when a man in his 20s came in brandishing a “large revolver,” police said.

The gun-toting bandit ordered the employees to the back office and took money from the safe, cops said.

He then ordered the employees to give him the money from the registers, they said.

The thief fled with the cash and no arrest has been made, police said.
